I have been a regular customer at this mcdonalds for last 2 years, getting large coffe and breakfast sandwich on mornings or large tea and chicken nuggets
in afternoon. this past week I went in on my lunch break with a plastic ice tea cup to get a refill and was told by the clerk, you didn't get that cup here, we don't use plastic, so pay 1.08 or no refill. I lost my cool and told her what she could do with it and left. i have decided not to return to this mcdonalds since I don't care for being told either or. So in the scheme of things no big deal but if you look at what I spent over this last year so far, it totals to 460.00 dollars, and that will affect their bottom line. Since this mcdonalds is independlty owned, it comes off their bottom line as loss. Yes, I had to go out of my way over to another mcdonalds where they refilled my tea for free. I will just start going to a different mcdonalds since there are 2 more in the area. Hope it was worth it.
